Entry 1.Shrek and Fiona
You are probably wondering why I admire the two green,ugly-looking ogres from the animated film Shrek---It is because they taught me that beauty comes from within.At the beginning of the film,Shrek is lonely and unfriendly,and looks the perfect image of a huge and dangerous monster.He turns into a hero,though,when he rescues the beautiful princess Fiona.Then,as the story develops,we see that from a human in daytime,Fiona turns into a green ogress at night.Fiona tries to keep this a secret because she is ashamed of her unattractive and chubby looks.In the end,however,Fiona realises how she looks doesn't matter,because Shrek love her for her sweet nature and kind heart,and not for her outer appearance.
Entry 2.Po
Even though I do not run fast and I am not very fit,I have wanted to become an athletics champion since I was little.Watching Po in the film Kung Fu Panda accomplish his dream of becoming a kung fu master has inspired me to dream big.I admire Po for not giving up,even when everyone is against him and tries to make him quit.Because of his hard work,Po is able to transform himself from a clumsy,out-of-shape and overweight panda into the legendary Dragon Warrior,who saves his village from an evil kung fu master.
Entry 3.Hermione
Many women are admired for being pretty,slim and fashionable.What I like about Hermione,a character in the book series Harry Potter,is that she dares to be different.This young,bushy-haired,brown-eyed witch doesn't care about her looks,or that others make fun of her for being a bookworm.She is clever,confident and brave,although at times she can be quite bossy.She has been loyal to her best friends Harry and Ron for many years.To the boys,she is someone they can count on to remember how to cast difficult spells in their fights against evil wizards.
Entry 4.Nami
I love reading the japanese manga series One piece.My favourite character is Nami,the female navigator of the Straw Hats Pirates' ship.Nami,known for her orange hair and round black eyes,always manages to steer her crew away from danger in their quest to find the legendary 'One Piece' treasure.I know many people don't like Nami;they see her as just a thief,who is greedy for money.However,the reason behind her greediness is that she needs money to buy back her village from a wicked pirate.I admire Nami because she is actually a caring person who tries her best to help her friends.
